    Before Class

    BEFORE CLASS

    First up, find your spot on the studio floor. Now free up those arms, you’re going to need them. Place your towel, water and gloves under your bag. Before we get started, we’ll take you through exactly what to expect during the class – so you know exactly what to do and when to do it.

    Warm Up

    WARM UP

    The Hustle warm up ? is guaranteed to get your blood pumping. Before you get to work on the bags, we’ll start by taking you through a range of cardio-fueled moves and each of the 6 punches that you’ll need to use on the bags!

    Start on the bag

    START ON THE BAG

    It will get dark, the beats will start and our trainers will take you through each round, step by step. Every round is shown on our giant screens, so you’ll always be able to keep up. We’ve got your back.

    Time to hit the bags for a few rounds of boxing. This is where you’ll put those 6 punches to use and throwing combos that are easy to follow. Between each round, we’ll let you sneak in a quick rest. ?

    Move to the floor

    MOVE TO THE FLOOR

    Switch sides – weights up! It’s time for a few rounds on the floor. You’ll go through various rounds of strength and conditioning using our y-bells and your bodyweight. Between each round, we’ll let you sneak in a quick rest. ?

    SWITCH SIDES

    We’ll be keeping you busy by taking you to the bags and then back to the floor again. We’ll have you working your way through anywhere from 8 to 16 rounds. We serve up something different every day ?.

    Cool down

    COOL DOWN

    Well done, we saw you out there! You’ve worked up quite a sweat! Now we bring the music down low (it’s still a vibe!) and help your body cool down and your heart rate return to normal levels with a series of stretches.

    Grab a scented cold towel on your way out and don’t forget your fist pump on the way out ?. Now head over to our day spa inspired bathrooms. They’re stocked with luxury products and all of your styling needs and don’t forget to grab a pic for the gram ?!
