OUR STUDIO
One location. Two amazing experiences. Newtown is home to two of our amazing concepts: Boxing and Track.
Our Boxing studio is setup with half boxing bags and half functional floor spaces. So your workout is evenly divided between two styles of training – boxing and bodyweight.
Our Track studio is setup with half treadmills and half functional floor spaces. So your workout is evenly divided between two styles of training – running and bodyweight.
High Definition Screens
4 large high definition screens which are led by our on-screen trainers to take you through every move on the floor and bag.
Your Own Kit
Each hustler gets their own kit – your kit includes y-bells, resistance bands, sliders and a place for your phone, towel and water.
Lockers
All your personal belongings will feel safe and secure throughout your session in our lockers, including phone chargers required.
