Membership Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Membership Consultant to play a pivotal role in expanding our community. As the Membership Consultant at Hustle Boxing, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships, driving membership sales, and ensuring an unparalleled experience for our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

Drive Membership sales through effective consultation
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential members
Achieve and exceed monthly membership targets
Foster strong relationships with current and prospective members
Conduct tours of our facilities and provide comprehensive information about our premium fitness offerings
Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with leads
Contribute to the positive and energetic atmosphere within our studios
Implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention
Address member concerns and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Support and participate in promotional events, workshops, and marketing initiatives.
Actively engage with the local fitness community to promote brand awareness.

We are looking for someone with premium hospitality or premium fitness experience, ideally in a customer facing, management or sales based role.
