You’re hustling double time in this intense total body workout. We’ll take you from bags to floor and back again, speeding it up as the tempo keeps getting higher. The Godfather is relentless – focusing on resistance and endurance, combining all workouts and all muscle groups for 16 rounds in one heart pumping 60 minute session.
